Brush Bottle Cleaning Machine Working Principle: After being delivered to bottle sending tray, bottles will go to rail under function of turbine coiling slice and will be filled with water with damp body while passing can filler. After going into bottle inlet gate, bottles will go to copper thumb wheel to be cleaned in cleaning assembly. Brush which rotates with high speed will be inserted into the bottle under function of lifting cam, then bottles will be cleaned by outer brush and bottom brush. Finally, bottles go to outlet rail. Firstly, it will overturn 180° and will be inversed for a moment. Then it will be inversed again and go out of the rail.
